DISNEY ON ICE

Everytime that the Disney On Ice comes to town my mom loves to go with all her grandkids, 9 little prince's and 1 little princess.  I bought a ticket from her and went along to help with the kids, along with my brother Mark his wife Rachel and my mom's boss/friend Joelene. 

We decided to ride Traxx to the show which sucked big time!!!  It was freezing cold and was snowing like crazy.  The ride to the show wasn't too bad it was the adventure going home.  On the way back after the show we had to wait for a second train because the first one was too full.  The next train that came still was full but we did get a seat.  But by this time we were all soaking wet and freezing and I had a monster of a headache.  So we get on the train and my nephew Ryan made the annoucement that he just farted (which stunk really bad) this annoucement made my other nephew Adam laugh and he just happen to have a mouth full of punch and guess who got sprayed with that, yeah it was me.  Then I look over at my son Chance who insisted on standing up and holding on to the bar which he was now licking as if it was a lollipop.

The show was awesome.  The Cars was the first show followed by The Lion King, Little Mermaid and then Tinkerbell.  It was really fun and the kids had a blast.  We got these cute hats from the cotton candy that Austin purchased and shared with everyone.

CAT IN THE HAT

Chance made this cute Cat In The Hat hat in kindergarten the other day.  He liked it so much he wanted me to take a picture of it.  He has been rhyming any and all words that he can lately so Dr. Seuss is perfect for him right now.  By the way the bottom picture is Chance pretending to run.

GOT HAIR?

So I took Cole in for his hair cut. And not only was he past due for his cut, but his hair was a little matted on his legs so I was afraid that his little schnauzer skirt would be a little shorter than normal. To my surprise when I picked him up it wasn't just short, but not there period. My poor baby looks like a little old bald dogie with a nice full beard! I feel bad, it's my fault for letting him go so long before his cut and not brushing him out like I should. Sorry Cole!!!

BE MY VALENTINE!

This year will be Austin's last year in elementary school. The students had to bring a decorated box from home for their Valentines Party at school. Me and Austin worked on his Valentines Box together. It was really easy and it turned out way cool! Austin also had a girl ask him to be her Valentine. He put some extra candy on her Valentine and she gave him a small box of chocolates with a card.

PLAYING CATCH UP

I know, I know, I'm not good at keeping up with our blog. Sorry about that, if there is anyone that reads this. Anyway, here are some of the highlights of what the Fountaine Four have been up to. We welcomed a new nephew to the family. My brother Kirk and his Wife Andrea had a baby boy named Dylan, nick name Dill Pickle. He has red hair and Chance is so excited to have another red head in the family and he thinks Dylan is his brother.

We went to Disneyland and Sea World in October. We had so much fun. Disneyland is a must see for Halloween. The fireworks were amazing, the decorations were so cool. The Space Mountain ride was awesome!!!



Chance Turned 6 and Austin turned 12.

Christmas was beautiful. This is my favorite holiday especially when spent with family. It was our first Christmas with Cole he wasn't sure what to do. It was also our first Christmas without Sawsha, we defiantly missed her!

HALLOWEEN TIME

Halloween has come and gone already but we had a blast. Mom had her traditional Halloween Party. We always look forward to this party. The kids love it and it's a lot of fun watching all the kids have fun.

I dressed up as static cling for mom's party because I was estatic to be there.

Cole was a Black Stallion. Mike had to work so he was unable to go to the party, but I'm sure he would have dressed up as the HVAC man (ha, ha). I would have had more pictures but I didn't realize the battery was so low on the camera so unfortunatly the battery on my camera died. But the kids played Musical Tombstone (Cole marched in the circle with them). they also played Halloween Bingo, Pumpkin Ring Toss, and Tic Tac Toe Halloween style of course. They made some cool Haunted Houses from graham crakers, forsting, and loads of candy. We ate some yummy tacos except for Chance he had his usual chicken nuggets. Big Thanks to mom for starting a tradition that is fun for all!

FAMILY CAMP OUT

We went camping this past weekend at Joe's Valley with my family. It was my mom's birthday on the 13th and Mike's birthday on the 14th. By the way Mike is 40 now (he, he). We had a lot of fun, especially the kids and dogs. The kids played in the dirt almost the entire time. When they weren't in the dirt they were riding 4-wheelers or eating. My brother Kirk brought his dog and we had our dog and they played in the dirt as much as the kids did.


This is my baby, Cole, he got so dirty we had to use the vaccum on him and Mike spent most of Sunday morning picking stickers out of his fur.

This is my nephew Alex. He's one of the youngest boys and I think he won the prize for the dirtest boy that weekend. This picture of him is probably the cleanest he was all weekend. I was watching him play in the dirt with a little plastic sand shovel and he would scoop the dirt up and pour it over his head then he would sit on the ground and pour the dirt over his legs and up the leg of his shorts.

Here is my little guy, Chance, it almost looks like he was eating the dirt. Well . . . at least he ate something.
